Here’s a message from Egypt to all people living under oppressive regimes, everywhere: “Yes, we can! …and did.” :-)
私は日本からの新しい友人のすべてを歓迎したいと思います
I seem to be getting some traction among the Japanese here on Twitter all of a sudden. What could be the reason, I wonder?
Huffington, like Arrington, sold out to AOL, such an awful dinosaur of a company, what a shame. #fail #unsubscribe

I have a couple of deceased friends on Facebook, which keeps suggesting I should “get back in touch”. Always depresses me.

Hey @yahoo What’s with the persistent error 999 problem in Yahoo mail? I have a paid account and I can’t access my email!
Hey @yahoo you need to inform your Mail users to switch temporarily to Mail Classic if they are getting “error 999”. Thanks @SweMeatballs78!
Hey @SweMeatballs78 your idea to switch to Yahoo Mail Classic as a temporary workaround was a great idea. Works. Thanks!
Yahoo mail isn’t working, I don’t remember this ever happening to me in the many years I have been using it. Not good.
Looking for new sites to try other than FB and Twitter. Tried Hunch, Evri, Quora. Anything (NOT 4sq!) worth trying? :-)
Bombay/Mumbai… Koran/Qur’an… And the winner is: Rhodesia/Zimbabwe! Hmmm… or is it Canaveral/Kennedy/Canaveral? :-)

My copy of the Koran, which I’ve owned since 1971 (this edition was first published in 1956, the year of my birth) http://twitpic.com/2n07hr
RT @BarackObama: Burning a Quran is contrary to our values—this country was built on the notions of religious freedom and tolerance.
No one told me I was mentioned in the Washington Post last year: http://bit.ly/a1XTzD I just found out thanks to @evri
On this day 47 years ago, Alabama’s schools were desegregated. I was a first grader the previous year, so I remember this.

Anyone taking bets on when Terry Jones will receive his fatwa? Or will he first be arrested as a national security threat?
Are members of Terry Jones’ congregation all psychopaths like he is? Could this end like the Branch Davidians in Waco?
I’m siding with Stephen Hawking. I prefer the observation and reason of science over the dogma and authority of religions.
For a moment I thought TechCrunch had been *hacked* until I noticed the new “50 Days of Logos” link: http://tcrn.ch/cTxLz2
I’ll be thrilled when the world’s overly-hyped fascination with Apple products finally wanes. So tired of iThis and iThat.

RT @NthDevonWeather: Twitter has broken the API without warning charming…..
Sending an unsolicited “promotional” DM will get you instantly and permanently blocked. No further warnings or exceptions.
Today we had a wealth of talent and experience around one small table in Prague. I wonder what will come of it? :- http://twitpic.com/2k1l2h
Anyone who sends an unsolicited DM on Twitter is just pathetic. Now get a clue what an obnoxious ass you made of yourself!
